“With magnificent views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay as a backdrop, the Bob Valentine Shooting School fits seamlessly into the landscape.
The terrain is unequalled, in blend of topography, with open farmland, wetland and crag. Whatever time of day or season, your experience here is just as much about being immersed in the fantastic surroundings, as with the shooting. With the traps strategically positioned, well out of view, the range of targets is, for me, unrivalled! Driven grouse, up to coveys of sixteen at a time!, duck over a pond, and the crags of ancient Cambrian rocks allows for some very high targets indeed, and with a few deft pointers Bob soon has your bad habits ironed out.
With the careful preservation and management of the flora comes the fauna; Hare, Polecat, Buzzard, Kestrel, Peregrine and Barn Owl to name a few. I can thoroughly recommend a visit, as this is truly a special place, where you can enjoy nature, and shoot harming neither, fur or feather. With Bob’s warm hospitality, depth of knowledge and experience, coupled with a genuine passion for teaching, I am sure, that like me, you will want to return.”
